Stone News
Abstract: The stone market in Dafapu, a civilian ruler in Baoan, which was opened since the first time in 2008, was blocked by the law enforcement team due to the absence of relevant licenses, and was exposed by the media, but it was still successfully completed and put into operation. Two years later, in September of this year, the enforcement team of the Sub-district Office strongly implemented forced demolition, causing dissatisfaction among merchants. The day before, when law enforcement personnel came to repair damaged road facilities, the two sides renewed their conflict and several merchants were taken away by the police for investigation.
Baoan Minzhi Dafapu Stone Market, opened since the first time in 2008, was blocked by the law enforcement team due to lack of relevant licenses, and was exposed by the media, but it was still successfully completed and put into operation.
Conflicts in the first half of the year
According to the relevant person in charge of the Minzhi Sub-district office, according to relevant regulations, the expressway cannot leave its own entrance and exit. Yesterday the Sub-district Office cooperated with the roads to enforce the law, repair damaged road facilities, and was stopped by the merchants. The police took away a multi-person investigation from the scene. According to the merchants, the stone market has been open for more than two years. The above problems have persisted. This time, the investigations were carried out in order to force them to move away. The merchants described that since August and September of this year, they had repeatedly received forced dismantlement notices issued by the law enforcement team of the Minzhi Street District, saying that they had erected non-permanent buildings without authorization and planned to implement forced dismantling before September 30. Was powered off. Merchants said that the current law enforcement team required them to be removed and moved a year ago. When an interview with a reporter from the Southern Capital was held yesterday, the merchants were still generating electricity on their own and were operating as usual. The street office law enforcement team also issued a notice saying that it will set up checkpoints on December 23 to restrict the transportation of stone vehicles to the Dafapu stone market.

Irregular operation for two and a half years
In November 2008, Shenzhen Media once said that the noise in the unlicensed market was nuisance to the people and the law enforcement team still operated as usual after being seized. The report said: "The stone market did not have legal procedures during construction. Therefore, Minzhi Sub-district took the lead to seize it. At present, related departments further discuss the further processing of the market."
The relevant person in charge of the Minzhi Sub-district Office stated that the construction of more than 40,000 square meters of the site was indeed an illegal construction. It was the case that Meiguan Expressway Co., Ltd. did not sublet the land in 2007 without the approval of the competent authority. To Shenzhen Xinqi Fuel Technology Co., Ltd.
The merchants told Nandu reporters that they had applied for a business license and paid taxes normally. Only after this year it was said that the demolition will not be allowed to be revisited. “Not a square meter of 2 square meters of land, tens of thousands of square meters, if it is against the construction, why do not stop the investigation during construction, so we have been in business for two years, after all the money is invested into it, only under such a strong effort to demolitions "Many businesses are puzzled.
Where to move?
"It's not time to move, but we have to give us time, but we must also properly compensate." Yesterday, many merchants told Nandu reporter that the reason why they have not yet moved is because of actual difficulties.
According to merchants, when the company started operations in 2008, it signed a 5-year contract with the management office and invested hundreds of thousands of people in building shed offices. The relocation was seriously damaged. It was only recently that the relocation allowance was negotiated with the Sub-district Office. “Street offices have to move us in the year before. We have a New Year. It is the busy season. We have received many orders. Now it is a loss to move. The government can understand us.” Many merchants stated that the relocation time was too high. There has been rush, a lot of stone and equipment, you need to find the next home to move, do not know where to move.
A merchant told Nandu that there were regular stone markets in cities such as Guangzhou and Shanghai, but Shenzhen had not. He started doing stone business in Shenzhen in 1996. For more than 10 years, he was forced to relocate several times. This is the fifth time he has moved. "If you do not solve the problem at the source and establish a formal stone market, such contradictions will occur."
In response to the hurry of the relocation time reported by the merchants, the relevant person in charge of the Minzhi Sub-district Office stated that since the issuance of the forced demolition notice in September, the time for the merchants to dismantle themselves has been fully paid. This person in charge said that in the next step, all relevant departments will, according to the city and district deployment, push forward the construction of the demolition work in the stone market in Dafapu and completely eliminate potential safety hazards.
